Willow Bend Kids Holiday Gift Making
Join Willow Bend and guest artists for our special December Science Saturday event: Holiday Gift Making!
They will be creating fun holiday crafts out of natural and reusable materials, as well as displaying different recycled gift wrapping ideas.
9:00 – 11:00 am: Local Artist Joan McKee We will be joining us in making recycled holiday cards, flower press ornaments, bookmarks, bottle cap decorations and more!
11:00 – 1:00 pm: Guest Forest Service Archaeologist Neil Weintraub we will be facilitating a split willow figurines activity. Make Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, mobiles, and more!
All ages welcome. Join us anytime from 9-1pm. The event is FREE but a $5 suggested donation to cover materials is appreciated.
