WILLIAMS, Ariz. – The Williams Unified School District governing board is considering a random drug-testing program for high school students. Athletic Director Phillip Echeverria and Superintendent Rick Honsinger outlined how such a program might work Feb. 20.

Governing board members asked Echeverria and Honsinger to research the possibility of having a drug-testing program for athletes at the high school.
