Williams Back to School Fair – July 21 and 22
With summer fun in full swing, it’s time to begin planning for the 2015-2016 school year! The Williams Unified School District is in the process of coordinating a Back-to-School Fair to be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williams Elementary-Middle School Gymnasium located at 601 North 7th Street, Williams, Arizona 86046.
In an effort to promote home, school, and community connections, we would like to extend an invitation to take part in this very special event by offering you the opportunity to host a booth representing the importance of your organization’s presence in our community. A table and two chairs will be provided for your use and comfort during the Back-to-School Fair and you are encouraged to bring along any information, resources, take-away items, etc. to share with attending families.
As the students and teachers of the Williams Unified School District are often in need of school and classroom supplies throughout the year, any contribution of materials (please refer to the list of suggested items included below), gift cards, monetary donations, etc. will be graciously accepted and greatly appreciated.
