The Salvation Army Flagstaff Holiday Assistance
If your family in need of The Salvation Army’s assistance for a Thanksgiving holiday meal and/or gifts for your children and holiday meal, you MUST attend one of the application days.
When:
- Monday Oct 1, Tues Oct 2, and Thursday Oct 4
1pm – 4pm - Monday Oct 8, Tues Oct 9, and Thursday Oct 11
1pm – 4pm - Saturday Oct 13
2pm – 5pm
Where: 507 N Humphreys St
Flagstaff, AZ 86001
You must bring:
- Government picture I.D.
- Social Security cards, green cards, or CIB for each household member
- Proof of Address (utility bill or lease)
- Proof of income (SNAP Award Letter, Paycheck stubs, SSI/SSDI Letter, Disability, Child Support)
- Birth certificates (school aged children)
