The Salvation Army Flagstaff Holiday Assistance

If your family in need of The Salvation Army’s assistance for a Thanksgiving holiday meal and/or gifts for your children and holiday meal, you MUST attend one of the application days.


  • Monday Oct 1, Tues Oct 2, and Thursday Oct 4
    1pm – 4pm
  • Monday Oct 8, Tues Oct 9, and Thursday Oct 11
    1pm – 4pm
  • Saturday Oct 13
    2pm – 5pm

Where: 507 N Humphreys St
Flagstaff, AZ 86001

You must bring:

  • Government picture I.D.
  • Social Security cards, green cards, or CIB for each household member
  • Proof of Address (utility bill or lease)
  • Proof of income (SNAP Award Letter, Paycheck stubs, SSI/SSDI Letter, Disability, Child Support)
  • Birth certificates (school aged children)
