As a fourth-grade teacher, Carrillo says that teaching is her way of showing the love and dedication her teachers did when she was in school.

Marshall Elementary celebrates 29th Annual Science Fair
Marshall’s teachers, parents, students and 25 community judges/interviewers were blown away by the 232 experiments and 17 demonstrations entered into Marshall’s 29th Annual Science Fair this week!

NAU played host to the first Go Baby Go program in Arizona on Friday at the Fieldhouse. At the kickoff, 11 families of children with disabilities met with engineering students, professors and health professionals to tweak ride-on toy cars to fit each child’s needs.

‘Taiko Drumming Artist in Residency’ a hit at Marshall Elementary
Marshall Elementary is two weeks into their awesome Taiko Drumming Artist in Residency. Supported in part by the Arizona Commission on the Arts with funding from the State of Arizona and the National Endowment for the Arts AND tax credit contributions, the 5th grade class at Marshall began a fantastic 3-week Artist in Residency on Monday, October 19th.
