Sept. 29-30 — Statewide Arizona American Indian Integrated Health Care Forum VI

The virtual Statewide Arizona American Indian Integrated Health Care Forum VI will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29 and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30.  This year’s theme is Indigenous Resilience In A Pandemic World:  The Future of Integrated Care”.  The planning committee has put together a day and a half of presentation and panel discussion.  We are excited to have Michael Allison, ADHS Tribal Liaison as our keynote presenter.  We will also be hearing from our tribal communities from across the state on SDOH and COVID-19 experiences.  Of course, we have culture woven into the forum as well.
