Last week, Children’s Action Alliance (CAA) sent a candidate questionnaire that was co-sponsored by 18 other local agencies to every candidate for the Arizona State Legislature. Please click here to read the responses from candidates in your district.
The questionnaire asked the candidates their positions on a range of issues affecting children and families, such as child care subsidies, fiscal policies and affordable health care coverage for poor children with special health care needs.
The co-sponsoring organizations, listed below, are all charitable organizations that do not support or oppose candidates. The purpose of the questionnaire is to educate supporters who are interested in candidates’ positions regarding children’s issues.
