Powwow Sweat ~ Youth Exercise & Education Classes
7 week program for youth ages 8-25
Classes will provide youth a culturally based exercise program that includes lessons on holistic wellness (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual), with nutritious food preparation and tips for keeping health & “balanced.”
We greatly encourage (for every class):
- Wearing comfortable work out clothing & tennis shoes
- water bottle filled with water
