Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence (AzCASE), in partnership with COX Communications, is proud to present a new section of our website focused on bringing you the latest and highest quality STEM RESOURCES.
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) is a critical part of a quality out-of-school time program. Exposing youth to STEM-related activities out-of-school time allows them to learn experientially by engaging in hands-on activities that require the practical but fun application of concepts learned in the classroom. Engaging youth in STEM as early as elementary school helps dispel the myths about what STEM is by showing how youth are already using and can use science, technology, design and math to solve problems in their homes, schools and communities. .
