NAU seeking presenters (deadline is May 1) for conference this summer on culturally responsive practices in Indigenous early childhood education

FLAGSTAFF — Presenters for breakout sessions are sought for the inaugural “Culturally Responsive Practice in Indigenous Early Childhood Education Conference” that will be held June 18, 20, 2019 at Northern Arizona University, College of Education.

The deadline for accepting presentation is May 1.

Northern Arizona University’s College of Education, through a generous grant from the W.F. Kellogg Foundation, will sponsor the inaugural “Culturally Responsive Practice in Indigenous Early Childhood Education” conference.

This conference will address culturally responsive, relevant, and sustaining educational practices in early childhood (birth through age 8) educational environments.
