Native American Cancer Prevention Call for Proposals and Grant Application Training – RSVP by October 28th!

The Partnership for Native American Cancer Prevention will be hosting a FREE, multi-site training for grant application writing on November 3, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Please keep in mind, the application for the upcoming cycle is due December 1, 2015. We will be addressing the NACP community grant application at the training.

Don’t forget to RSVP for the grant application writing training by October 28, 2015.

Learn how to apply for funds for up to $10,000 to support your NA community projects in health related cancer prevention and control activities. Hands on training in completing the applications from the Partnership for Native American Cancer Prevention and the Susan G. Komen Southern Arizona Foundation.

Previously funded projects include:

  •  Educational advertisements for cancer screening
  • Community education events and materials development
  • Youth tobacco cessation programs
  • Cancer survivor support through art and healing
