FLAGSTAFF — Native Americans for Community Action, Inc. (NACA) is sponsoring a “Youth Empowerment Gathering” from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24 at the Flagstaff Bordertown Dormitory, 901 N. Kinlani Road, Flagstaff.
