Thank you to everyone who attended the 6th Annual STEM Celebration. We had over 100 participating groups providing hands on examples of why Flagstaff, Arizona is America’s first STEM City. It was a fantastic opportunity for the group to come together and we are grateful for Arizona Public Service – APS, McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., Altice USA, Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff Arts Council,, and STEM City Central for sponsoring this one of a kind event.

The sixth annual Flagstaff Community STEM Celebration was held March 11 at the Walkup Skydome at Northern Arizona University campus. The community event is supported by various community partners and is designed to bring families together for participatory events promoting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

STEM Night is a free one-night event aimed at sharing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics learning opportunities while celebrating all of the people and organizations that make Flagstaff a STEM city.  Participants had the chance to explore STEM with hands on activities and giveaways highlighting opportunities throughout the community.
