Mindfulness Spotlight: May We Be Well

| June 23, 2020

By Rene RedDay, M.Ed

I invite you to stop whatever you are doing and breathe.

Three simple breaths.

Take the opportunity to shine a light on the inner you.

How are your thoughts, emotions, sensations?

Just notice without judgment.

I have been using these mantras a few times a day, as I breathe.

Depending on how you are feeling at any given moment, my hope is these prove helpful to you as well.

“I am grounded.”

“I am creative.”

“I am in balance.”

“I am empathetic.”

“I listen and communicate clearly.”

“I am open to knowledge and truth.”

We each play an essential role in this life. Please take good care of yourself. Coconino Coalition for Children and Youth hopes each of you considers membership to support efforts to ensure our community is resilient and thriving! May all be safe. May all be well. May all be happy. May all have peace!
