Mindfulness Moment

| August 11, 2020

By Rene RedDay, M.E

Today we invite you to eat mindfully.

Offer gratitude for the growers, delivery, and food service workers that made your meal possible.

Allow yourself the opportunity to focus on your meal.

Release all unrelated thoughts.

Take in the aroma.

Notice the colors on your plate.

Mindfully taste each bite.

Listen to the sounds of eating.

Welcome the sensation of being nourished.

Appreciate the energy food provides you throughout your day.
