Snowy roads and five consecutive days of snow forced Flagstaff Unified School District and all local charters to close Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of last week.
FUSD spokeswoman Karin Eberhard said the district has six snow days built into this year’s schedule, up from the usual five because 2016 is a leap year. The district has used four snow days so far, leaving two remaining.
To make up for missed days, FUSD will be in session April 27, 28 and 29 and May 11, Eberhard said.
