Flagstaff Unified School District announces sponsorship of Summer Food Service Program for Children

The Flagstaff Unified School District announces the sponsorship of the Summer Food Service Program for Children. 

Meals will be provided to all children, ages 18 and under, without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and therewill be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.  Meals will be provided at the sites and times as follows:

* For all six sites, meal times are:  BREAKFAST  7:30am – 8:30am;   LUNCH  11:00am – 12:30pm.

* All schools (except Marshall) will be Monday through Thursday. Marshall will be Monday through Friday.

If you wish to file a Civil Rights program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, or at any USDA office, or call (866) 632-9992 to request the form. You may also write a letter containing all of the information requested in the form.
