We all need to lean on each other sometimes. With so many families dealing with so much stress, it’s important to think about how to help Arizona families thrive and to reach out for help when needed. Together, we can lower the risk of abuse and neglect for our young children.

Reaching out for help and support when you need it is part of positive parenting. Please don’t shy away from asking for help from friends, family or professionals. One way is to contact the Birth to Five Helpline, a free service open to all Arizona families of young children.
