Fall Into Fitness Pledge

It is once again that time of year to pledge & commit yourself to your health.
Please register for NACA’s 4th Annual Fall Into Fitness Challenge.
From August 23rd to September 23rd participants will pledge to engage in their choice of 20, 40, or 60 minutes of physical activity every day for 30 days. Activities include and are not limited to: biking, brisk walking, jogging, group fitness classes, swimming, yoga, etc. The purpose of the challenge is to encourage participants to improve their cardiovascular, muscle strength, endurance and/or flexibility.
The Fall into Fitness Challenge Expo will conclude with a finale to celebrate the participants commitment to do physical activities for the duration of our fitness challenge. The finale expo will be held at the NACA Wellness Center on Friday, September 23, 2016.
Health Expo Activates include: free health screenings, group fitness classes, raffles, food demos along with a blood drive in partnership with the United Blood Services of America.
The Fall into Fitness Expo is to promote community awareness of the health services and programs that NACA offers; as well as gaining increased numbers of participants for the NACA wellness center and programs.
