FLAGSTAFF — A record of more than 500 people took part in the Flagstaff’s Festival of Science, CCC&Y’s 9thAnnual Early Childhood Fair on Sept. 28 at Flagstaff High School.

The theme of the event was Full “S.T.E.A.M.” Ahead.

The event provided families with a variety of early child information from such organizations as:

  • Brigitte Steinken MA, LAC, and R-DMT (Registered Dance Movement Therapist)

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart for volunteering, being on the planning committee and/or being a vendor,” said CCC&Y Executive Director Virginia Watahomigie.

Sponsors included the Flagstaff Unified School District, North Country HealthCare, First Things First, Coconino County Health & Human Services, with free bus passes for the entire family provided by Mountain Line.
