Doug Ducey’s (R-Arizona) key points in his state of the state address Jan. 8 included curbing the opioid epidemic affecting the state, reforming education, providing stricter penalties for drunk wrong way drivers, reducing recidivism rates in state prisons and providing income tax exemptions for veterans.
