WINDOW ROCK, Ariz. – The Navajo Nation Council unanimously approved $3.6 million in supplemental funding for Navajo Nation Head Start as a cash match for a federal grant entitled “Administration for Children and Families.”
Navajo Nation Head Start requested the council approve the supplemental money from the Unreserved, Undesignated Fund Balance for the grant through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
