Connections Spotlight: Coconino Coalition for Children & Youth announces updated Mission, Vision

FLAGSTAFF — The Board of the Coconino Coalition for Children & Youth has approved new Mission and Vision statements for the organization.

Mission:
Igniting collective action to cultivate, honor & empower resilient, thriving communities.  
 
Vision:
We envision a holistic community where all children of Coconino County are increasingly free from trauma experience and all have equitable opportunities that build resiliency.  
 
“The updated Mission and Vision statements reflect the tremendous respect for the longevity and history of this amazing organization,” said Executive Director Virginia Watahomigie. “We are so excited and thank everyone who offered input. As always- thank you for all of your support in moving our mission forward- I hope you find this as inspiring and exciting as we do.”
