Coconino County SHIFT (Safe, Healthy Infants and Families Thrive) is a coordinated multi-system approach working to improve outcomes for pregnant parents, their families and affected newborns exposed to substances.
Support all pregnant parents who have a substance use disorder through the coordination of high-quality, trauma-informed, compassionate care for the physical and emotional health care needs of the parents and their babies.
