Circles of Care Public Forum – December 16th

| December 7, 2014

Interested in helping your community?  NACA is starting an advisory board to assist in a new program they started called, Circles of Care.  This program’s goal is to bring together the community, discuss issues surrounding the Native American youth and current issues related to mental health (bullying, depression, suicide, etc.).

The Circles of Care program will use the discussions and base a model of care using the voice of the community.  Please join to learn more and help build a system of care that is right for you.

Tuesday, December 16th from 6:30 to 7:30pm

Family Resource Center – 4000 North Cummings Street, Flagstaff, AZ

Dinner will be provided

**The public forum is open to everyone who is wanting to attend.  They are also trying to emphasize reaching out to Native American parents and community members who have experience with the child social services in the greater Flagstaff area.  The families they hoping to reach are anyone from any surrounding communities who have received any services in Flagstaff, whether it be counseling, juvenile court system, crisis services, substance abuse services, child welfare (CPS, etc) and other related services.
