Child Care Basics for Youth class to be held Aug. 26

FLAGSTAFF — A “Child Care Basics for Youth” class, for youth 10 years and older who care for young children, will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26 at the FUSD Family Resource Center, 4000 N. Cummings St., Flagstaff.
- Activities to do with children of different ages
- Learn to promote language and reading with young children
- Care basics of feeding, diapering and sleeping
- Keeping children healthy and safe while caring for them
- Responsibilities when you are providing care
