ASCC Early Childhood Education Upcoming Workshops

ASCC Early Childhood Education presents early childhood workshops available in September:

  • Science in the Kitchen
  • Building Blocks to Early Learning

Plan attendance at upcoming workshops October through December:

  • Schedule for upcoming workshops
  • Become a Darkness to Light Stewards of Children Facilitator and help prevent child sexual abuse in your community.  Training is scheduled Friday, October 24th 8 AM – 5 PM.  Please see the attached flyer as well as an application for a scholarship to cover the fee.
  • Arizona Department of Education (ADE) is offering Language and Literacy Standard Module Training Saturday, October 25th 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM in Flagstaff.  Check out the description and sign up for this free training at 
  • T.E.A.C.H. Scholarships Available to All Early Childhood Providers Who Qualify.  T.E.A.C.H. ARIZONA is a scholarship program that provides the early childhood workforce with access to educational opportunities.  The T.E.A.C.H. Program provides support for tuition and books, a travel stipend, and paid release time.  Recipients of the T.E.A.C.H. scholarship earn college credits leading towards a credential or degree.  Incentives are provided in the form of a bonus and/or raise.  Recipients commit to continue working at one’s current program for a specified period.
