Arizona ETV provides up to $5,000 per academic year to current and former foster youth for school-related expenses. Participating students work with a Student Advisor and receive campus-based coaching and financial assistance.

AZ ETV Eligibility Requirements

  • In tribal or state foster care on or after 16th birthday.
  • Adoption from foster care finalized after 16th birthday. Exited care to guardianship or reunification after 16th birthday.
  • U.S. citizen or qualified non-citizen.
  • ETV recipients must be making satisfactory progress in school to remain eligible for continued funding to age 26.
  • Accepted into or enrolled in a degree, certificate or other accredited program at a college, university, technical or vocational school.
  • The maximum number of years a student can receive
  • ETV funding is five (5) years.
