We, the 2020 Navajo Maternal Child Needs Assessment Working Group, are pleased to be a contributing partner with the Arizona Department of Health Services, Bureau of Women’s and Children’s Health, as they conduct the quintennial Arizona Maternal-Child Health Needs Assessment. Furthermore, we acknowledge the support provided by the Navajo Native American Research Center for Health (NARCH) Partnership between Diné College and Northern Arizona University, for all the time and care that led to the completion of this Navajo Nation Maternal and Child Health Needs Assessment.

We also gratefully acknowledge the Navajo Nation Department
of Health, the Navajo Nation Epidemiology Center, as well as the Arizona Department of Health, for guidance in the needs- assessment process.
