Arizona’s latest budget shriveled education funds to minuscule levels. Gov. Ducey recently announced a plan to alleviate some of the pain, but it’ll be a while before we see the effects — if we see them at all. Public schools of all shapes and sizes will feel the pain, but who will feel the most? Two experts share their thoughts:
