Victim Witness Services has several job postings open for applications! Apply for Executive Director, Clinical Coordinator, or Domestic Violence Victim Advocate in Page, AZ.

Executive Director:

  • Qualifications:  Bachelor Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice or a related field preferred.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum of Five (5) years of organizational leadership and management experience of an agency with over 15 staff and additional volunteers.  Experience providing or administering domestic violence services.  (Similar work experience will be considered.)  Experience with a non-profit agency and the challenges associated with its operations preferred.  Demonstrated expertise in successfully obtaining grant funding.  Must have considerable experience managing budgets and financial administration.  Familiar with Flagstaff area community resources.  Knowledge of governance roles and responsibilities and experience working with a Board of Directors.  Excellent communication skills in public speaking, social media, writing and interpersonal interactions.

Clinical Coordinator:

  • Minimum Qualifications:  Minimum requirement consists of a Master’s Degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work) and Licensed at the Associate level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners plus two (2) years of full-time behavioral health experience. Good academic and working knowledge of DSM IV, State SMI check list, Community Resources, Psychotropic Medications, Crisis Intervention, Clinical Methods and Procedures, Intervention Techniques and ability to apply same to possibly unstable, treatment resistant adults/adolescents/children of various ethnic cultures for co-occurring disorders (GMH/SA/SMI).
  • Skills: Ability to work with grace under pressure; Ability to work in a team and share responsibilities and duties; Ability to resolve conflict in a straightforward and timely manner; Ability to set priorities, be organized; Leadership and management; Assessing victims’ needs; The operation of modern office equipment; Computers and computer software including word processing.

Domestic Violence Victim Advocate (located in Page, AZ)

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in social work, advocacy, or crisis intervention; OR an equivalent combination of experience and education. Must be culturally competent. An extensive background check is also required.
  • Skills: Providing crisis intervention and mobile advocacy; Assessing clients’ needs; the operation of modern office equipment; Computers and computer software including word processing and databases; Diplomacy.
