Build stronger families in seven sessions!

The Child and Family services department at The Guidance Center is happy to announce that they are offering the Strengthening Families Program (SFP 10-14) for youth 10-14 and their families starting in April. TGC has trained a new cohort of facilitators and are excited to be able to provide this service to their consumers and the community.

SFP 10-14 is an evidence based program designed by Iowa State University. This program helps address issues related to substance abuse, family relationships and communication struggles. The program is being offered to enrolled consumers as well as community families.  SFP can help your family learn to manage emotions, set goals, avoid peer pressure, make better decisions and create better relationships. You will learn how to show love while setting limits, how to listen to your child and how to help family members show appreciation for each other.

To register, please contact Lyna Munoz-Morris at (928) 714-6446 or Lmunoz-morris@tgcaz.org. Please register by March 23rd for this FREE program. Limited to the first 12 families.
