On March 12th from 3-5PM, at the United Way of Northern Arizona, 1515 East Cedar, Suite D-1, Flagstaff, 86004, A new program has been launched, geared to help you more easily obtain, manage, and measure your current or future grant funded projects with First Things First.
All participating organizations will complete a CCAT assessment, which measures a nonprofit’s effectiveness in relation to 4 core capacities: adaptive, leadership, technical, management. Agencies will also receive an individualized capacity building action plan that includes consulting hours, training, and other resources.
To participate, you must meet the First Things First eligibility, including serving children from birth to five, even if you haven’t applied for or received funding from First Things First in the past. Participation is completely free.
