Bryan Samuels presents to the CPS Oversight Committee

Join Bryan Samuels on Friday, March 14th at the House Hearing Room 1, as he present his vision of Child Safety and Wellbeing to the CPS Oversight Committee.

Bryan Samuels is the Executive Director of Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. He has spent his career building the capacity of child welfare systems to produce positive outcomes for children, integrating empirical evidence into public policy and service delivery, and streamlining management and operations in government agencies.  Mr. Samuels is the former Commissioner of the Administration of Children, Youth, and Families of the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families.  Mr. Samuels is now at Chapin Hall, University of Chicago, where he is working on Child Welfare policy.
