March 6, 2015 • Coconino Hispanic Advisory Council

The Coconino Hispanic Advisory Council will present its inaugural “College & Career Resource Fair” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 7 at Killip Elementary School, 2300 E. 6th Ave., Flagstaff.

The fair is open to parents, high school students and interested community members. Free admission to all.

The job and college information fair will be aimed not only at high school students, but also their parents and the community. The council is creating this fair to help our youth prepare for employment, internships, job shadowing, high-school-to-college transition and find financial aid as they prepare for higher education and the next steps needed for their future.

Some of the partners presenting information include Coconino Community College’s Career Services, the Coconino County Career Center, the Coconino Coalition for Children & Youth, Flagstaff Unified School District and Northern Arizona University.
