Call for Submissions: Fall 2018 Navajo Nation Early Childhood Newsletter

| August 19, 2018
The First Things First Navajo Nation regional office is currently working to put together the Fall 2018 Navajo Nation Early Childhood newsletter and would love to have community members partner with us by submitting content.
The newsletter comes out twice every year – once in the Spring and once in the Fall – and is focused on helping parents, caregivers, and community members learn more about what early childhood is, why it is important to help little ones with development, as well as encourage engagement on behalf of early childhood throughout the region. Past issues of the newsletter have had stories focused on quality early learning environments, including Quality First preschool programs, public health and safety tips, healthy recipes, and family-centered activities. You can view past editions of the Navajo Nation Early Childhood newsletter on the First Things First website at: https://www.firstthingsfirst.org/regions/navajo-nation/, under the PUBLICATIONS section.
This is a resource that is provided in our region to offer community partners and organizations a chance to disseminate information to the community and elevate awareness about early childhood topics in ways that are beneficial for you all. First Things First welcomes content submissions for the Fall 2018 Newsletter through SEPTEMBER 14, 2018. Article submissions can range in word count from 150 to 250 words.
