FLAGSTAFF — Arizona’s Children Association is hiring Independent Living Specialist III in Flagstaff.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting young adults in the transition from foster care to an independent, sustainable living environment. In support of the client’s transition, the position will assist young adults in gaining and sustaining employment, accessing personal and community resources, providing life skills training and support, to meet both client and contractual service requirements, in a manner that is culturally responsive, strengths based and trauma informed. Performs responsibilities and provides effective support with general supervision. Able to work independently and provide support/guidance to others.

It is an MA level position and the candidate would complete psychosocial assessments with our youth as part of our intake process.
